1 starAside from this company being the most expensive, their customer service is not it. I carried out my 3 month contract and canceled on the 3rd month because I no longer want to do business with this company. I woke up one morning being charged the amount after canceling. I have all the emails to prove it. I called support and she transfer me to the billing department. The billing department lady immediately just started telling my about the contract rules fine print WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY COMPANY, DIDN'T EVEN PULL IT UP! On the phone yawning! Disrespectful! My next step is legal action because I truly feel disrespected, and not taken care of like a consumer of this company should be. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, OPUS JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY! They don't care about their customers satisfaction, service is trash, difficult to get in touch, my mail didn't get delivered to them 3 different occasions.I will be taking legal action for multiple reasons, it's not the money, it's the principle. This is not my first rodeo with disrespectful companies. I will get my refund one way or another.Review fromCheryl M

The customer is a former customer and closed in February 2022. The customer had all services as advertised and agreed upon. Phone, fax, live receptionist, call forwarding, a professional mailing address, and meeting rooms to rent if requested> We did not have any communication during the course of the account. The customer canceled 1 month after signing up and unfortunately ended up defaulting before the cancellation date.
