    I attempted to unsubscribe from ***************** 3 days prior to my subscription ending but for some reason it did not go through I realized this whenever I was charged on my card to which I immediately called customer support and ask them what was going on. They canceled my subscription and sent me a request for refund to my email. I went on to read the terms and conditions which stated refunds or granted on a case-by-case basis and not using the site is one eligible reason for a refund. I had tried to cancel ahead of time and immediately the same day I was charged called to cancel and get my money back. When I received a reply back they said I am not eligible because the last 30 days of use shows I have logged in three times but you have to log in in order to submit your request for refund which I have done twice now. There is no logical reason I am not eligible for a refund, even according to their own terms. The past 30 days of use of site includes part of the month before which shouldn't count. My user ID is *********************** and my transaction id (given to me by customer service) is ********. I was charged $34.24 on Feb 7, 2025 and I also cancelled (the second attempt) on the 7th.

    The company I am filing a complaint against is Bennufin, **** They own a website called the ************ where I initially signed up for the subscription that I attempted to unsubscribe from recently yet was still charged. I wanted to make it known that I told several customer **** I attempted to cancel and went on to message several people telling them I wasnt renewing. In the messages back and forth with the refund department, they sent me screenshots of my own messages with other members. The first one clearly shows I told them "I am not renewing this subscription." Why would I say that if I wasnt actively canceling? Just more reason/proof I deserve my refund.

    Hello, 

    This profile was banned as a serious breach of terms and conditions, therefore we will not be willing to provide a refund in this situation.

    I can confirm it was cancelled on the 8th February, after the rolling subscription was taken.
