    THEY HAVE CHARGE MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT MONTHLY AND MUST NOT BE WILLING TO REFUND ME THE MONEY. ****** SAYS IT IS STILL IN PROCESS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR.     On 11/1/22 an account was set up on our website through mls.foreclosure.com to look at foreclosure and other financially distressed properties.  We offer a 7 day free trial of our website followed by a monthly membership at a rate of $39.80 per month.  It was set up under *************************** name, email, phone, and address and his Paypal email and password were entered and the agreement was made to use the Paypal account for the monthly membership fee.  The trial ended on 11/7/222 and the first monthly fee was billed on 11/8/23 after a short grace ************* Even though we include our name and phone number on their bank account/credit card statement every month, we were never contacted to cancel the account by the customer.  Monthly charges continued each month (11/8/22, 12/8/22,1/8/23, and 2/8/23).  Then on 3/3/23 we received notification from Paypal that the charges were being disputed and wanting information.  We provided documents showing that the account was set up with the the customer's account information, the usage logs from when it was activated showing the ** address that was used to access our website, and the alerts page showing that we were also sending emails with property listings to the customer's email address as requested.  Once a dispute is filed and we respond with the requested information, then the matter is out of our hands.  Paypal will review the information and make the decision on if they think the charges were valid or not.  We will not bill the customer any further and have not since the account was shut down on 3/3/23.  Their last charge was on 2/8/23.
