    This company booted my guest vehicle before the designated time when my community rules and regulations clearly states Vehicles will be considered illegally parked after 12:00pm- 6:00am. The business charged a $75 fee to have the boot removed. When I called to get clarification and informed the representative that they booted the car incorrectly, the representative was extremely rude, purposely interrupted, became argumentative, disconnected the call, and blocked my number and my guest number. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone else who could assist, thats when the representative hung up and disconnected the call. When you make an attempt to file a complaint, the call is forwarded to a vm that leads no where. The company had multiple bad reviews and complaints yet the company does nothing to resolve disputes and forced individuals to pay to have boots removed even when it shouldnt have been booted in the first place.

    9/30/2022 discovered rental car was booted in the morning around 7:30am called the number provided and got customer service. I tried to give the confirmation number and was told she doesn't deal with that and that a supervisor was needed but didn't know when they came to work and just email them. The supervisor emailed a responded the tag had a "Q" instead of and "0". I called customer support again and explained I went through the registration process community, apt, car make and model where all correct, I wanted to know how because of hard to spot "Q" the whole process was invalidated. she explained the computer scans plates and tagged it. My response was that's why we have humans, whomever put the paper on the window should be able to tell the vehicle wasn't illegally parked and if they can't the confirmation shows that I went through the process of registering and wanted the boot removed, she told she doesn't have time to listen to me and hung up on me.

    No Go Booting, booted my car without warning, in my personal parking spot. I ordered my registration for my car 2 months ago, it got lost in the mail. I received it yesterday. My registration was expired for a couple days! I was going to put the sticker on my car this morning. When I went down to my car they booted my car. I called I paid the fee of *****, yes extremely unhappy about that. I was told they would be at my home within the hour. Almost 2 hours later i call and ask why the boot was still on my car and they told me because i **** and to go f*** off. I have a job too. They are completely unprofessional. They treat people horribly. As i was leaving my complex the woman from the company was driving around taking pictures of people by their cars with boots on them and telling them to say cheese. She was purposely instigating people that were upset about the boots on their car. this is a joke to this company. It is very upsetting that a company can treat people like this.

    I was parked in a handicap space with a handicap plaque that was not expired I was booted. THEY CAN NOT LEGALLY tow or mobilize a car in a handicap spot..This happened on a Sat night 7/23/22 9:30 pm & naturally there was no one there to answer the phone. You were instructed on the paper that they glue to your car window to make payment via online to have the boot removed. THIS SEEMS like a SHADY COMPANY. I called them today & this lady was so nasty & rude. I asked for a **************** said "Good Luck" I asked for a supervisor name & she would not give me a name. I asked her when it was a good time to call back to speak with some one she said she didn't know call back in a few days.. I have called the *********** will be contacting them I also called the ******** of ************** will be contacting them also..Plus the paper that they glued to your car.. Said I was parked on the grass. I was in a parking spot behind a restaurant that there is no grass in site. I attached the pics that I took

    I awoke this morning to see this company No Go Booting put a boot on my car wheel! They want $100 to come take it off. I am parked in my personal parking space inside my gated community. I have no parking violations. They claim my license is expired - but Ive just recently renewed it. Besides: who are they: the tag renewal police?? Who authorized them to care if my tag is expired (I have proof of renewal!)I called them and they are terribly unpleasant and unprofessional. Ive asked them what proof they have and who authorized this and why/how but they ignore and just say: well, if you want it removed you have to pay This is such a scam! Theyre twisting my arm to pay out and gives me no choice! This must be illegal?? This must be stopped!! Please remove the boot from my car!!
