I awoke this morning to see this company No Go Booting put a boot on my car wheel! They want $75 to come take it off. I am parked in my personal parking space inside my community. They claim my registration was expired - but I renewed it 2 months ago. It was in my car! and only a couple days off. The registration was lost in the mail and I received it yesterday! They are unprofessional. I was told that, I **** and to F- OFF ( she used the literal words ) when I called to ask why the boot was still on my car after paying. They deliberately took their time getting to me! NICE to do that on the 1st day of school for my kid. This is such a scam! This must be illegal?? This must be stopped!! They are unprofessional, they speak like they are uneducated, this is a scam for money, they cursed at me and were deliberately taking their time to get the boot off my car. I have a JOB too. Most unprofessional company. No business should ever speak to someone the way the woman spoke to me over the phone.

Im barely trespassing my private parking that they just rush and put a booting on my car I called told them I never got any paper that give me a chance to know that if I trespassing for 10 cm I can get a booting , NO instead they booted me with no chance to claim it because I called and the representative on the phone wasnt very unpleasant and no customer service at all telling me that they re a business company that have to make money and that it can not help me with this that I still have to pay 100$ for trespassing of 10 cm .I asked to please accept this time since I never got a warning first but its say no .Well , **************************************** this world its a pity but a great ****** of life for sure !THIS IS FROM THEM 3 years ago from someone else review :We are sorry that your brand new car is damaged however a boot on the tire that is covered in rubber so it does not scratch the rim is not the cause of the damage. We have yet to have a damage claim in the 6 years we are in business. We are no where negligent and no where near in need of better customer service. Most of our customers think we are rude when we do not tell them what they want to hear and We are sorry that you had to pay a fee as a consequence for your actions of not following the rules of your complex.WELL I CAN TELL THE COMPANY MYSELF THAT YOU RE SAYING THAT YOU RE NOT RUDE ECT WHY DO YOU NOT GIVE A WARNING FIRST INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY BOOTING OUR CAR ! ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS TRESPASSING A LITTLE AND ALSO NEVER DID IT BEFORE ! USUALLY COMPANY WILL GIVE A WARNING FIRST .
