    Our homes sewer line had been acting up, with strange gurgling noises and backups. The team we hired from this company used a camera inspection to pinpoint the problem and followed up with a clean, professional repair job. Everything has been flowing smoothly since. Worth every cent!

    I had to take out a loan for $4200 plus $39 interest to replace a small electrical panel in my 600 ft condo after they said it was dangerous and could start a fire. I then discovered my neighbor had hers replaced for just $2,000. This company put in a panel four times bigger that destroyed a wall I had to repair myself when their person made it worse. They took advantage of me with scare tactics so that I did not feel I had time to get estimates. A man then told me he would put labor costs toward that huge fee when I complained. Now a year and a half later a woman called saying I owed $391 labor cost for the blower fan switch replacement for which I never got any receipt or bill. The unit is under warranty except for labor which they always collect credit card payment before leaving the home except for apparently burying this in that enormous panel charge or some other nefarious action by the *******. I have received numerous letters saying I have no home warranty although I am supposed to be covered by this company for another year. Home Shield USA told me today that Southern Coast Services is being sued as a fraudulent company, though that may not be true.

    When I called ***** crew, they arrived the following day. They saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing the wiring that had damaged two bracket fans and other gadgets. I cannot express enough how wonderful this company is.
