      well all i can say is " I lucked out"... I called Salvatore Ciccone, i get to call him ***, to help me out with an unwanted person in my deceased brothers house.... He listened patiently , while i rambled on and on... all stressed out... He let me ramble... Then he said to not worry, and explained, in detail, all my options.... No pressure to take one or the other... He also gave me his rate for each process, and broke it down.. No hidden fees.. I decided on which one i wanted, and the next day- THE NEXT DAY - it was done... a notice posted /served , and a picture sent to me to show same... She moved out the next day.... Can never thank this man enough.... Very knowledgeable , kind, and fast action person... Thank you ***.... Your help was greatly appreciated, and at a more than fair price....
