    This company put me in collection I paid the collections and even after I paid it all they said I was behind and have me blocked from their web site for making online payments they demand I only send in checks or drop off my Maintence payment on their office. I have made many anttenpts to find a solution even having my daughter be an on the anccount with a legal POA. This company is fraud and is trying to create ill will against my property. Even after the attorney released my file back to crest management I was some how still behind my daughter went to their office on Friday to make the payment and they refuse to confirm the money order was received on the amount of $781 on June 22nd. They continue to block me harass me and are plotting to throw my tenant out all threats they made to me by phone which they cant its all manipulation to create unethical business practices. This company needs to be investigated they have all 1 star ratings on ****** with the same exact complaint I have. Thanks

    We have sent Mr. ***** several options for payment. Online, check or money order, mailed to the office or delivered. His daughter did bring in a check on Friday which we have deposited.

    Mr. ***** has caused many people in this office to block his email because of his extremely vulgar emails and accusations towards members of the staff. We hope this will end any further communication, since Mr. ***** is set up on Auto payments.
