      I cant say much about ******************* ability as a psychiatrist but I can say hias ego and sense of self importance is off the charts. He deals with psychiatric patients. These are people with emotional issues including high anxiety. He made his patients wait over an hour as he paraded around his advertising rep who was doind some kind of video ad for him. He introduced him to his staff while patients were waiting. One with high anxiety was yelling while all the other patients asked to have him seen. This high horsed dr could care less. He charges ****** no show fee with quite the office for himself. He hides behind his computer and will not come out. The office booked an accidental appointment and when we did not show for an appointment we never made charged a man on ******** ******. When we called to ask for a courtesy refund they said the providers had nothing to do with this charge. We chacked on **** of ***** ***************** is the provider owner and registered agent. The attitude and arrogance is unheard of for this specialty. Stay away. Go to ************** where they have kindness and heart. We request a refund of the ****** from ***************** the owner of the practice

      The business has a no show/late cancelation policy which stated if you have a scheduled appointment please cancel or reschedule more than 24 business hours prior to the appointment to avoid a $125 fee. There are signs in the office with the policy written, all clients are provided with a consent form they must sign acknowledging the policy and with each text appointment reminder contains the following message "You have an appointment with with (provider name) on (date and time of appointment). If this is your first appointment, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. As a reminder, notice must be given more than 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the appointment to avoid a $125 fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment, please call **************". Each client will receive a minimum of four days of text reminders as well as a phone call from office staff. If the client did not show up to the appointment then the card they have on file is charged the fee automatically by the system.

      This person has filed complaints on multiple platforms defaming our business while promoting a competitors business.

      I had a telehealth appt scheduled with *************************** of Lotus Psychiatry (the provider) on April 1, 2024 at 11 AM. My child became ill over night and required an emergency visit. My child became very ill over night and required an emergency visit. First thing in the morning, I immediately contacted the provider's office to request a reschedule. They refused to reschedule and advised me that there would be a charge if I canceled. *** I did not cancel. ***I timely logged in remotely for the 11 AM appt while at the ** visit with my child. I waited for over 40 minutes in the virtual waiting room, but the provider never showed. Despite me logging in and appearing for the appt, albeit under lots of distress with my child being very sick, and their provider not appearing for the appt, they charged me a no-show fee of $125. I raised this issue to the provider via telephone and in writing numerous times. However, the provider continues to extort payment, continues on sending me their unlawful and fraudulent bills, and threatens to send me to collection.

      Client called place of business on April 1, 2024, at 8:37am and left a message on the voicemail to reschedule the appointment scheduled for the same day, she could not make it. April 1, 2024, at 9:16am client spoke with office staff and manager confirming she would not be available for the scheduled appointment. The client was informed of the fee by the staff and the manager. The appointment was cancelled and could not be rescheduled for the same day because there was no availability. As stated, the office policy is to cancel or reschedule more than 24 business hours to avoid a fee. The client signed the office consent acknowledging this policy and received five text reminders prior to the appointment which also states the policy in each text. Even if the client tried to log in for the meeting, the appointment was canceled per the clients request. The client refused to pay the balance due to the business and after three months of non-payment the account was referred to collections.
