      Superior Luxury Property Management initially appears to be a collaborative partner in property management - early promises for property inspections are not honored. Property damage and repair costs inflated. When in they said it would be 1/31/2025quiries are made the response is contentious, bordering abusive, seems to have forgotten FL Real Estate law as it is misquoted. When I was quoted exorbitant prices for purported damage ( no reports in over a year) I informed them I would be overseeing repair a week in advance and 2 days in advance, they said nothing to tenant. Then accused me of violation of FL notice requirements- I was not in violation they were. The damage was not as stated and reasonable costs were accessible.Then they went to the property claiming this was bad repair and taking picture of egregious paint splatter on grass.They informed me I could not term contract but could not provide a copy of that contract. I termed agreement 12/31/2024 , they said it will be 1/31/20025, we will see,

      During our time working together, we consistently secured highly qualified tenants for your property, ensuring timely payments and above-market rental values. Our dedication to property management and client satisfaction has allowed us to thrive in the ************* market for 16 years, building lasting relationships with hundreds of satisfied clients, some of whom weve served for decades.
      Your review seems to stem from a recent situation where we informed you that visiting the property unannounced at 7:30 a.m. without notice to the tenants or our team was inappropriate and in violation of Florida statutes. Following that conversation, your behavior toward our staff became disrespectful and belligerent. While we have always aimed to address concerns with understanding and professionalism, such actions are unacceptable and forced us to terminate our management agreement.
      We take pride in offering property owners flexibility, including the ability to select their own vendors. However, we must ensure that all work meets the necessary standards to maintain property value and tenant satisfaction. When issues arose with your landscaping vendor and subsequent repairs conducted by an unverified crew, we communicated these concerns with supporting documentation and recommendations for corrective action. Unfortunately, this transparency seems to have been misconstrued.
      Our company operates with full integrity, supported by thorough records of all communications, inspections, and repair management. These records, including emails, text messages, inspection reports, and our 24/7 repair portal documentation, substantiate our adherence to best practices in property management.
      We dispute and challenge the inaccuracies in your review. While it is regrettable that our professional correction of a serious situation led to this response, we remain confident in the quality and transparency of our services. The trust of our many satisfied landlords, who appreciate our ethical approach and lack of monetization on vendor invoices, is a testament to our reputation and commitment to excellence.
