    A residential trash pick up was been done by a conpany, in weekely bases.The name of th eco was different and that co had a problem and was fined. It seems they did change the name and kept the same addreess etc. The new name Coastal Waste and Recyclin made the weekely service some times other scaped. I paid every 3 months thorugh the bank, they caled me asking for a "missed Payment " that was not such. I give them the dates and dollar paid each quarter as suppossed to be.I asked, if I didn't pay one of those quarters they have to show me which one, they "don't have that information " only that I own one quarter. After e-mails etc I asked them in two subsecuente times to stop and dicontinue any trash pick up..they did for a few weeks and then continue to pic up and " suprice" now they are sending me two bills to pay.This is traspassing, they should not came to my property to pick up trash any longer. I have to file this complain. Please for you to make them to stop coming to pick up the ***** and further more to stop asking me fo payment which they cannot justify for two quarters.

    To whom it may concern,I have been trying to resolve my issue with Coastal Waste and Recycling *** and have gotten no where. County Sanitation was bought by Coastal Waste and Recycling ***, we received a letter promising our service will continue and there will be no disruption in services. Monday I and my neighbors on ***** st put our trash out (trash day) but the company didn't pick up our trash. So, today my husband called, so did our neighbors, and they informed us that our trash will be picked up today. I called the company at 3:28p.m. because our trash and everyone's trash on our block was not picked up, ***** informed me very rudely that they will pick up our trash today and they have until closing. It's pass closing and they still have not picked up our trash, we paid for a service and we are not receiving what we paid for. I want them to pick up my trash and my neighbors trash. I also don't want them to make a habit of only picking up our trash when they feel like it's convenient for them. Our trash days are Monday and Thursday, every week. I would be willing to collect statements from our neighbors on our block if it helps. Thank you,*******************
