      I ordered a custom sign on 6/21/2023. I used the custom glass neon sign page and received a flimsy plastic LED sign. I spent $459.85. My order number was #************* I was told that the company no longer makes glass signs and they admitted on the phone that I was not sent the correct sign. They asked me what I was willing to pay for the sign and I told them that I am not willing to pay for the sign and I will return it if necessary. They never offered to let me return it, they only wanted to weasel money out of me. The website shows many "testimonials" of people receiving glass signs, but I was told on the phone that they have only made one glass sign ever. If that is the case, then they are falsely advertising. They offered a partial refund but I never received it nor did I ever hear back from them despite them admitting that I was charged too much. They told me that they would get back to me, but they never did. I tried emailing the business three separate times and I still have not received any refund or contact with the business. The link I used to make my purchase was ****************************************************** As you can see, it states that I will receive a custom GLASS neon sign. I did not. It was LED plastic and cheap.

      Hello,

      The customer ordered the sign through the website on the 21st of June with order number *************. And before they make a payment, all details are being provided and will be included in the automatic receipt. The customer ordered from this link ************************************************************. And just below that page, there are photos of the sign that we make and it clearly states that it is Neon Flex. We even stated that it Costs significantly less compared to traditional glass signs but still gives a better visual impact. And if they really wanted a Customized Glass Neon Sign, there is a link in the website for Glass
      Neon Sign. ****************************************************** and she will be routed to a page where she can customize her sign for Neon Glass. It is also stated on the website the Terms and Conditions since it is a Customized Signs and not pre- fabricated. It is clearly stated that All Sales are Final. 

      Even if it is their mistake, we still tried to communicate with them and even offered to provide a $121 refund but they want the whole amount,  all the details are provided on the website. Kindly check all attachments as proof of our explanation in this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: This information is incorrect. I did not order from the wrong link, I ordered from this link ***********************************************************;

      On this webpage, it is stated that it is "glass neon" several times. 

      I recreated my exact order and the prices align. See the attached photos. Why are you offering a refund of $121 if you did not send me the wrong sign? Where is that number coming from? I was told that I would receive a call back from your customer service person ***** and never received a call back. I never received any type of refund or help with my order. I keep getting told I ordered from the wrong sign when I did not. I was told on the phone by ***** that your business does not even make real glass neon signs and that you have only ever made one, which I am also sure is a lie. I know what I ordered. I also provided a picture of your "neon flex" tool and the prices do not align with what is on my invoice, as you can clearly see.  

      I am currently pursuing legal action against you as your business is a scam and I have countless evidence that you are changing the story. Expect a letter from my lawyer.
