Ultimately, this company doesn't set up their business to authorize claims. They denied my claim because I didn't follow their arbitrary process. They think if they use the term, 'process' that they can just deny a claim? Fraud is fraud, regardless of how you name it in a 'Process". Lets highlight the process. 1) Zero Written Instruction on Filing a claim. 2) Will not email instructions 3) Need deep ****** search to find phone number for a claim 4) Call number gives you a different phone number to call. 5) Business who does the work must call them that isn't related to the policy at all. 6) Ask a bunch of questions to the business doing the work. 7) I am supposed to make the business that is changing my tire allow *** to have a process by which they can 'oversee' what is going on (from ******* OVER THE PHONE). 8) They haggle with the business to lower the cost of their "fair market" price. 8) Must wait until there is an "Authorization" in order to get my tire replaced. None of this process was outlined in my purchase of the policy. I suspect for a reason. They can legally deny the claim because I the policy holder wasn't able to compel a business to follow a claim process. They literally setup a poor process to avoid issuing claims. ************************************************************ is the address listed on their website, its not the same listed with BBB:************************************

I purchased a key fob replacement warranty, I lost my key fob and during the claim intake they asked how many keys I got at the time of purchasing the car. I said one as thats how many keys I thought that I received and my claim was denied as there needed to be two. I went and looked at the original documentation which showed myself and the finance manager signed off on two keys. I just need my car key replaced.
