  Hire with extreme caution:I waited patiently before posting a review, I am not a fan of conflict, however, the lack of communication is no longer tolerable.We are still waiting on updates of several projects. We have not received final payments from *** for completed projects. We have not been able to update customers with projects that are still in progress and that have possibly been abandoned/rejected.Customers who had been approved for credit lines were caught in the wake of project mismanagement which impacted their finance agreements and finance terms. We are still in the dark on pending projects for nearly 2 ********* has been many weeks without a response from the owner (******* *****) or staff (***** ***** and Jasmine).

  Fixed roof repair. Was fair price and fixed what other roofers couldn't seem to get done. They have GC and Roof license in one contract. That is very rare to find. Main reason I hired them. Most companies baton pass several other license holders when these two licenses are in house. 10/10 Will refer to friends

  Their CREW was very messy. They removed the old roof without properly protecting the pool and a tarp full of debris, sand and nails fell in. It cost us 749$ to get a special "after roof" cleaning. They threw all the debris ( chuncks, nails and ***** debris) on our bushes and a had promised to clean around the house which they never did.Also they dropped tar all around the house and the pool on the pavers, but did not clean as promised. There are also big stains of tar on our wall ( quite high like 15 feet) and were told about it but did not clean those stains. Same thing on our pathway pavers around the house, they told ME to use gasoline to remove them. When they installed the gutters, they used a ladder right in front of a decorative fountain. When I came home at the end if the day, the fountain clearly had a footprint in it and had collapsed ( unsusable); then they pretented that it collapsed "on its own" (after 25 years of funtionning perfectly ...!!!) Also, we found a LOT of debris from the old roof in the fountain prior to the gutter installation and they denied it was them: they pump was no longer working after the removal.I had to use a big garbage can and collect all the chuks they left around the house plus all their water bottles which the workers threw in our bushes. They were so messy that even the neighbors complained about them.
