    Called ****. Made an appt. He said its $250 up front and it would go towards repairs. June 23rd 2022. He and an employee came and looked at my RV. I needed wax ring on toilet replaced and an awning cover replaced. They also worked on my neighbors camper. He said he would return to do the work at a later date. Ive called and texted and left voicemails. His wife text me and told me he had been in the er. Wont answer my calls or texts. I called from a different number then he answered. When I told him who I was he said Im at the doctors office. Hung up. No contact with him since. I paid him $250 cash and he said he would email me a receipt. Ive never gotten one

    Mr. ***,

    Is mistaken! We responded to the Highlands Pines RV Resort to work on Mr. **** neighbors RV. ************** neighbor had multiple leaks on his RV's roof. While repairing the roof, Mr. *** asked if we could repair the residential toilet in his RV, which was leaking at the base at the floor. I explained that this leak would require a new wax ring which we do not carry as we never see residential toilets in RVs. I explained that would could return to fix the toilet on another day. Mr. *** asked if he could also get that scheduled when his new "*****" awning arrived and this way we could install the awning and fix the toilet. I agreed that we could and he would need to call us to schedule install and repair once he had the awning in hand. ************** statement that cash deposit was received by us in untrue. The only time we require a deposit is when we order large items, such as air conditioner, water heaters, furnaces or have large purchases for repairs such as Floors, windows, and axles. Mr. *** is frustrated that when he called to schedule the installation of his new awning and repair of his toilet we were booked 12 days out. We informed Mr. *** that there had *** a job injury and were re-booking appointments and that was the reason for the delay. Mr. *** demanded we return sooner then was possible. Mr. *** was informed he could seek and other technician that could perform the work more acceptable to his time frame. Mr. *** was extremely angry because his neighbor got his repair quickly and he should too. Mr. *** then began calling the mobile line at all hours of the night. It got to the point that ************** phone number was blocked on our phones, so we would not be bothered at 10 and 11 pm at night.

    The amount of money, $240.00, Mr. *** referred to is what we charge for our response to a call. This is a $100 service call and $140 for the first hour on site and then $70 per half-hour after the first hour. My business is reputable, see ****** reviews, and we have no need to be pre-paid for a call.

    Thats the latest Ive called ****.   I have all phone records between us to prove it. I was NEVER rude to ****.   I took off work to be there on the scheduled date.    After he didnt show I called 3 or 4 times to see what was going on.    His wife texted me around 6:30-7:00 pm telling me he was at the er.   I waited til Tuesday of the next week to call.    No answer.   I immediately got a cell phone from a friend and called.   He immediately answered and once he found out it was me he made an excuse and hung up.   Havent spoke or gotten a response since.    I read the ****** reviews on his website and one of them says same thing.    Took $ and never returned.  Claimed illness and never heard from him again.   He showed up and I have him $250 CASH not $240.    He looked about 10 mins and left.      Either way he owes me $.    Thats not the way a REPUTABLE business man or veteran behaves.      Call record attached.    Lies.
