    This company is flawed in so many ways. We were forced to upgrade our fire alarm system (new panel) "the works". ********* was previously the contracted company but told us it would take 6 months, and we did not have that kind of time. ADT now Everon ensured us it would be a swift process. It was anything but! Over a year of zero communication, flawed billing, and nothing getting accomplished. I would never recommend this company. I still have issues with their billing department to this day. Shame shame shame on Everon.

    They charged me $564.00 for two hours of service plus $75.00 trip charge for changing a battery in my alarm the tech was here about 15 minutes

Wed like to clarify that the charge was not simply for changing a battery, but for a technician to troubleshoot your alarm system. Our service policy includes a standard two-hour minimum charge of $282 per hour, plus a trip fee of $75, which is consistently applied to all service calls regardless of time spent onsite. This ensures we can continue to provide reliable, timely support and retain highly skilled technicians.     Our church took a chance and incurred a great debt to have our fire and alarm system upgraded with ADT Commercial. It has been the worse decision we've made. The alarm system has been fine, but the fire system has been inoperable as much as it's been working. This is a frightening situation that has been exacerbated by management that has become unresponsive. Prior to this company becoming Everon, I could at least receive a call back from management and on one occasion the manager came out to supervise the work. After a few months working, a tech came out on October 29th. The day after till now (17 days), we have received calls from the call center saying it's not connecting. Today I was finally able to connect with the service department after giving management over a week to get back to me. The tech said he was writing an email to the local office because from his end, the system isn't working at all and it began the day after the tech supposedly worked on it. We need someone at Everon to be responsive and fix the alarm system once and for all. ********************************************************************************************************************
