      +July 20 , 2022 I signed a new ***** home warranty agreement with them after 5 years of purchasing the extended warranty from them . Agreement ********** - on September 2022 I raised a complain about my washing machine ( the same one I bought from them and has extended warranty, them home warranty) Service job no SCCQ830877D2-3 - they tried to repair twice and failed - then on Oct 20 I was told by an official email that it is approved for replacement or get paid buyout , I chose replacement and waited a month no action - on Oct 28 I received another official email from ***** saying that a technician visited my home abs fixed my machine with a false signature of mine -called and complained they acknowledged but no action - on Nov 18 I revived another email from them to accept a buyout of $******* or a replacement with a different brand I accepted the $ ******* million even the value of a similar new one is **** Since that time they did not pay the amount and on the phone they said we will pay onky 800 I have all the emails and fake signatures printed and electronically available I have been without a working washing Machine for more than 5 month now my wife has medical conditions and I need full payment of the machine or a replacement with the same model
