    Worst experience ever! This company will take your $600 and give you a defective chiller and promise you refunds and then tell you they can't and blame the customer. I wish I could give them 0 or negative stars. One star is too many! I don't even thing they have a business. Based on reviews, that they post themselves on their own website which aren't even probably real people, they have amazing products and customer service. Based on reviews by real people like here and other websites (not their own), real customers all have the same experience. ******** customer service. Negligent communication. Defective products. The chiller flooded our floor all the way to the lower level. I hope this review helps save someone else the hassle and the damage to their home.
