    I ordered a Cat Lady Box from SinglesSwag last year and kept waiting for it to be shipped. I had wanted to contact them asking about the shipment, but at the time there was no easy way on their website to find the contact us information. I finally was able to reach out to them and asked for a refund because it had been several months but my order had never been shipped. I got a response from them that the box had been delivered but I never received a box or any shipping or tracking information. I responded with this information and haven't heard back from them.

    Please see attached.  This subscriber ordered a box on 5.16.24  which was shipping on 5.19.24 and delivered on 5.24.24.  Tracking information is always available in subscriber's  account.  We did not hear from this subscriber for 8 months (emailed us on 1.9.25).  At that time we shared the tracking information for this purchase.  The attachment has screenshots of order, delivery and email correspondence from January 2025.

    The tracking information the businesses provided was an empty link. There was never any tracking information on the website either as I had checked multiple times. I still have no proof that this was shipped or delivered and I never received the box.

    When I originally signed up for the subscription box, I was unaware that it would auto renew the following year. In looking at the original email, in fine light gray print it states that the subscription would renew on Dec 16th 2023. On Dec 15th, 2023 I was charged at 9pm for the renewal and received an email from PayPal. I immediately emailed Single Swag around 5am on Dec 16th when I saw the PayPal email to notify them that I was never notified of the upcoming renewal and that I needed the subscription canceled as I dont have the funds for it. My response was that they would only refund 11 of the 12 boxes. When I informed them that I wanted the refund and would deal with PayPal for the 12th box, they threatened to not refund anything if I put in a claim with PayPal. So I waited a few days and no refund at all was given so I filed with PayPal. PayPal has decided to side with Single Swag, even though in their fine print it states that the subscription will renew on the 16th but I was charged on the 15th and that I never received any refund even though I waited for the refund prior to filing with PayPal.

    As noted by the PayPal dispute, I did not initiate a dispute until many days later when I was not given a refund as they stated they would. So they are completely incorrect when they report that I declined the refund. They failed to complete a refund for what they claim they would refund so at that point I initiated a claim with PayPal.

    Please see attached documents.  This was not the first time that ******************** subscription had renewed, so she was aware of the process.  As she herself stated, we offered two different resolutions, neither of which was agreeable to her and she reached out to Paypal.  Once a subscriber involves Paypal there is nothing further we can do and then the Paypal resolution becomes the final resolution.  Please see attached documents showing that ****** has deemed this a valid charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: Again, I did NOT reject both offers. I was waiting for the refund of the 11 boxes, which did not happen hence why I filed with PayPal. I have never had such a negative experience with a company ever.

    My credit charge was charged for a renewal that was on hold or cancelled. There was never an email stating this was happening and I have reached several times to single swag and they have denied my refund. This is inappropriate and seems to be a common theme with this company. I even reached out to my credit card company to dispute this charge.

    **************** has not heard back from company in question as I put in request to dispute charge. I believe I cancelled account and the issue in question is no information was sent prior to the charge as a reminder that this was pending. If there was I would have cancelled the pending charge. I reached out to company as soon as charge was indicated and they were unwilling to cancel and refund money. This company has had several complaints for doing this behavior to other costumers. This is unacceptable. As per your website they have refunded the money to other costumers. If they reach out to **************** and refund the money as asked this will be resolved.

    12/16 the business charged me for a full year subscription after I attempted to cancel in October. For some reason my account did not cancel. I canceled again on the 16th. I have written 4 days in a row about refunding my money and making sure it is indexed canceled. The company took 3 days to respond and states that since it was 1 day after renewal went through they will mot refund me for the full year as they may have started preparing the next month's order. So they intend to charge me for the service despite my desire to cancel and stating I will not accept the items.

    My credit Card was charged and they refused to cancel the subscription AND refund me. I am no longer interested in the services.

    6 months ago i signed up for a subscription and then canceled it so it wouldn't renew. Then today it posted to my account that they had renewed it and charged me again. I contacted them immediately and told them i did not want the renewal and that i had cancelled it but they refuse to issue a refund even though no goods have been sent to me yet.

    I have been trying to cancel for OVER one year now. I was just charged another $224.99. I authorized ONE 6 month payment. I CANCELED EVERY 6 months after this. And every time they continued to bill me. Im reporting to my credit card company as fraud because I have plenty of emails requesting this cancellation.

    Never clicked submit order on company website, money was stolen out of my account without authorization. I have emailed seven times to get this stopped, and they stole the money anyway. No response to PayPal, still no response to me.

    We are sorry to hear that ******* is unhappy after making a purchase at our website.  There is no way that SinglesSwag can access a payment from an account without a subscriber submitting the order.  As with every other online retailer, that information is just not available to us before then.  Before the order could be sent out, this buyer initiated a Paypal dispute, which automatically put the order on hold.  Once Paypal had all the information (from ******* and SinglesSwag) they determined that the payment was valid.  There have been several emails re: this situation between ******* and the SinglesSwag customer service team.   This order is currently on its way to the buyer, due to be delivered by 9.15.22.
