5 starsBefore I decided to join Internet Mastery, I was selling on Amazon on my own. I was not getting the results that I was looking for to scale my business. Until an ad on Instagram showed in my feed, and everything changed from that moment. I listened to all the knowledge shared by Adam G*******, things I didn’t know about selling on Amazon and my business started to pick up more sales and most importantly, I was taught how to source for items that will leave me more profit. **** is not honest at all , he’s there to steal people money ,I take the first class with them Pay 39.95 dollars he just keep talking about his prep center busniss , and want you to purchase his course for 5000$ or 10000 for the premium one if you refused and cancel your subscription he will stole money in any card you have been used to make a payment without your permission ,he will save the information of your card if you make any payment ,the card I made the first payment which was my credit card ,he stole 400$ for me without permission , he charged my credit card the first month when I call him he said he will give it back to me maybe after 4 month , i was like idc you can have it but make sure you cancel my subscription he said yes he will do that ,the next month he charged my bank account card again which is another card , i called texted he never answered ,i went to he’s Facebook to tell other people he blocked me ,I claims a report on him , the bank will give me my money back and the credit card as well ,I’m ashamed on him as millionnaire where’s your honesty ughhhh????Internet Mastery

It is always unfortunate when someone has a bad experience - it's worse when it's filled with flat out lies. First, this customer did not pay thousands of dollars - they signed up for a free trial, entered their billing information and after the trial were bill $199 per what they signed up for. They paid for 2 months. At no time did they cancel. If a customer requests to cancel a subscription it is canceled immediately. This client never spoke to anyone at our company on the phone as our recorded phone logs will show. The only card the customer was charged on is the one they authorized from their own IP Address. We look forward to providing the credit card company the 83 log in and system usages over a 30 day period. This is just a case of someone who doesn't want to pay for services they used. They didn't just log in they actively spent hours using the tools and technology and support within the system as is tracked by every interaction with their IP address. Of course this information will be provided to the credit card company as well. Our Community has sold $200,000,000+ online using this system and we will always work hard to insure everyone gets what they paid for. Unfortunately ******* ****** is simply not being truthful and of the belief that if they post a bad comment - even one that is blatantly false they will get their money back for all the services that have been provided to them. We never want anyone to be unhappy - and we will always do what is right and honest and ethical. In this case it is ******* ****** that is simply not being honest. I signed up with them and come to find out I cant sell on Amazon (I dont know why) they said they can help me but I have to cantact Amazon. So far Amazon hasnt reach out to me . But they still want to train me and charge me, even tho I cant sell on Amazon. They denied my refund due to I dont want to be trained. Even tho I cant sell on AmazonInternet Mastery

Thank you for your message. ************************* signed up for a program that included a financing plan. During the time he actually made payments he had full access to the software, the support team and the coaching staff. Our team spent many hours trying to help him - and unfortunately he didn't follow the process that was asked to follow. As a result his plan was canceled and he HAS NOT been charged since. Of course the team that spent hours with him deserves to be paid. When we realized he wasn't coachable and not willing to follow the program his plan was canceled. We will always do what we can to help people, but they have to be willing to help themselves.Review fromAnthony H

Internet Mastery over promised and underdelivered services. I purchased their program and coaching service and both have not produced results. A 30 minute coaching call every 2 weeks does not provide adequate conversation or direction. The software has not worked properly, their prep center was closed down and not usable during the 4th quarter of 2022. It seems that one must continue to purchase updated software. This program did not help me make any sales. I had to find other information to learn to sale on Amazon. I have paid well over ******* with no return on the investment. The support team is slow to respond if they even respond at all. I am completely disappointed and need to be reimbursed for my time and finances wasted on this program. Regardless of their sales claims, this program is ineffective at best and only focused on taking hard working individuals hard earned money! I provided two stars because my coach is a good guy.Internet Mastery

******* is a great guy and we enjoy working him. In fact, in the last 12 months he has had 15 mentor sessions and full access to all programs. It's true that *************** was undergoing an upgrade and for 90 days was unavailable to *******. Of course, he received access to the UPGRADED prep center at no charge AND 3 months was added to his plan for the inconvenience. That is accurate. There is no purchase to pay for upgraded software - only if someone wants BETA access before everyone else however it's certainly not required. It's important to note that at no time have we every made any income claims or promises. When someone starts a business their success is up to them. To say the program is ineffective is clearly not accurate however. The community has sold $165,000,000 in the last 3 years with the exact same coaching, tools and system. In terms of support, we have LIVE SUPPORT 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Nothing is wasted unless someone quits. We look forward to continuing to work with ******* and helping to achieve the success he is looking for...Review fromCheryl M

1 starI requested a ******* refund from Internet Mastery(buyers remorse) immediately after purchasing their program in March 2022. I have been promised a refund for months with no return of my funds as of Dec 1 2022. I have came to the conclusion they are scam artists and thieves they out lied and lead me on all this time please stay away from these people very unprofessional to say the least.Review fromDew D
