    On 6/13/2020 I bought a travel package from Paradise Travel **********, ******* for $348.00. They promised 4 hotel/resort packages of varying length, a cruise certificate and round trip airfare with hotel stay as well as restaurant "card" to several destinations of our choosing. Then in 2020, travel and the economy shut down and really did not begin to recover for several years. In October of ********************** several times, wanting to "extend the package" for more money. At the time I did not do this, but did want to redeem one of the promised trips. They asked for $450 booking fee which I paid. We are now wanting to book a trip and can not reach them. The number on the original contract says it is disconnected with no forwarding number. A second number provided gives a busy signal when called. A third number provided to me by ************** office connects ** to a "Paradise Travel" in ******** says they are not connected to this agency and do not sell packages such as this. A fourth number provided by the Better Business Bureau in *************** rings three times before it disconnects.
