    my wife took a ***** vac to vacuum city in Boca Raton ******* for some maintenance (cleaning) when she returned to pick the unit up the business owner returned a unit that was not ours. my wife informed the employee that it was not our unit . the employee insisted that it was ours and my wife returned home with the unit to check the serial number as we kept it when we registered the unit for warranty purposes. The serial numbers did not match. I then returned to the store with the serial number and proof of purchase and the owner again insisted that it was our unit and that my wife was crazy. Since i saw this was going nowhere I left and contacted ***** and you ( the better Business Bureau) . To top it off when we turn the unit on it smells like cat urine and we do not have any cats , and the unit was brought in to be cleaned but returned after a $150 cleaning smelling like cat urine . We either want our unit back matching serial number or a new unit and an apology . At this point unit is almost unuseable as it strinks when you turn it on .
