Monthly membership for *** site. Paid monthly and decided not what Im looking for, cancelled the subscription on their site. Charged today $26.49 despite cancellation of membership well before payment cycle. Attempted to log into account to verify cancellation but cannot get on to verify or cancel monthly payments. Site said can cancel subscription anytime and billing will stop. I attempted to call company but no answer. My account is closed and dont want to renew. No buyers remorse, just dont want the membership any longer. Im permitted to cancel membership at anytime.Initial Complaint

I have no idea what this company is and have never heard of it. September 3rd all of the sudden, I start getting alerts from my debit card company saying **********************-S is trying to charge my card for $24.99. Since then they have tried to charge my card 3 other times.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a free membership.After deciding to delete it through the website(SLS) account deletion process,I received an email from the company promising that my account/profile would be deleted by the company in some 5-7 days.Although I asked for confirmation of that,it was not provided.Also,the company continued sending promotional emails asking for me to upgrade and also informing me about the company. The phone number with the Florida area code of 786 automatically ends when called.This company has just ignored me,and SHAME ON THEM!Initial Complaint

I paid for a subscription back in March or April. It was suppose to be only a 1 time fee and since then, they keep hitting my checking account for $24.95 every month since. I tried calling phone numbers that I have looked up and I get no answers. I'm not looking to get reimbursed, though it would be nice, I just want the monthly charges to stop!!Initial Complaint

I have deleted and canceled my account/profile with this company and I still was charged monthly subscription. I can not log in to get contact info or support as my account has been deleted. I would like my charge returned and all further billing stopped immediately.
