    I went to rich's coin laundry mat and washed my laundry I put it in the dryer for 30 minutes on medium heat it literally melted my clothes and I had to throw them away I showed the owner my clothes and he watched the video to make sure I had the dryer on the right heat after viewing the video and seeing I told him correctly he proceeded to tell me that it wasn't the dryers fault I must not know how to do laundry I'm in my 40s I've been doing laundry for 3 decades! He refused to make it right now I'm out of 150 dollars worth of clothing plus the money I spent washing and drying the clothes and he's refusing to accept any responsibility this happened today December 20th 2022 at approximately 1230pm

    After listening to Ms. ******** complaint I looked at our video to confirm her story and there were several contradictions. When I tried to discuss them with her she became hostile and started cursing at me. She then left and filed a complaint with you.

    I am rejecting this response because: the response is untrue he did watch the video and it showed exactly what I said happened he didn't try to talk to me he insulted me saying i don't know how to do laundry I told him he could at least be decent enough to offer the money I spent at the laundry that day being my clothes got ruined he then told me since I had an attitude to leave and not come back I told him he didn't have to be nasty I wouldn't ever come back to a place ran by someone who treats people the way he does I had to go buy new clothes his business has had a fire due to his faulty dryers he is a crook
