DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS. I hired Chace Joseph to do a $30,000+ project. He gave me a great price to install new systems throughout my home and, at first, appeared very professional. His behavior quickly deteriorated. He became rude and condescending. I put up with his poor behavior to get the job done. In the end, I had numerous extremely stressful interactions via text and in person with him for several months and, at the culmination, he did not deliver a working system to me that I paid him in full for. Besides his overall unprofessional behavior, the issues surround the mini-split he installed for me. I paid him in full for the unit when he installed it (not when it was working because no power had been run to it yet) because he promised me he'd come back and make sure it was running when the time came. BIG MISTAKE. The electrician ran power to the unit on May 10. That night, Iturned it on briefly but it did not get cold. I let Chace know via text message that it wasn't getting cold. He was scheduled to come out on May 11 to do other work and when he was en route he said, "we will ... look at everything and get it resolved." After inspecting the unit, he sent me a photo of his team member working on it and texted me that the electricians "forgot how to connect high voltage." I asked him if he had fixed the problem or if I needed to have the electricians come back out. No response. I came home and found the unit was STILL NOT WORKING after he left. He then proceeded to send me a bill with labor charges for connecting high voltage (unit was under a 1 yr warranty). I had to fight with him to remove the charge and beg him to come back out to get the unit working. He came back out on May 23. I got a notification the job was finished and asked if the unit was up and operational. He said no I had blown the compressor and that it would be another $1k to get it working. He refuses to fix the unit and I am now stuck with a non-working machine that I paid him in full for
