    My Leisure Temp LT800 pool heater (made by AquaCal) was not working on 3/17/24 so I called AquaCal and was referred to Haines A/C as an authorized repair service. Haines sent out a two man crew who told me that the compressor was bad and that it needed to be replaced. I advised them that I still had the parts warranty on the compressor so the main tech (W/M) told me he would call AquaCal to verify. He returned 15 minutes later and told me the replacement cost to replace the compressor would be $2,898. I subsequently had another authorized repair service come out and he replaced two capacitors under warranty for $145.00 and the heater returned to working properly. I spoke to manager last week asking for full refund and have never heard back.

    My apologize for the delay, I missed the pervious email.  I had a chance to look at the attachments and I agree with **************.  We will be refunding his credit card that was ran at time of service. He should be expecting the credit back within a couple of days.
