      BEWARE!!! I needed hearing aids and was told they had a "sale" going on for $6000 cash price but it would be more if I used insurance. I went ahead and purchased/signed paperwork. A few months later I received an EOB from my insurance showing they had billed and my possible charge to what I would owe would be $1500. After talking with my insurance I was made aware I had signed a waiver and couldn't do anything but keep paying on the $6000. It's fraudulent that they even collected over $2000 from the insurance yet charged me what they did. Note to self and anyone else out there: Go to ******* They have a good audiologist and the same hearing aids will cost you out of pocket $1500. My mistake. The customer service at this location is horrendous too. ****** learned that a "sale" is too good to be true and I should have really read the fine print before signing anything. This business is very shady!

      I bought $3,000.00 dollar hearing aids and I went back to see about some new rechargeable batteries and was told they cost $600.00 to replace. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. If this isnt a case of consumer price gouging then I dont know what is.unless their policy changes I recommend nobody use this company. *******************, **************,Florida
