    This store should get NO stars! I brought a perfectly working cell phone in for a new battery as was keeping a charge only for a day. ***** changed the battery in cell which I picked up about 5PM and didnt use that night except to fully charge it. In the AM when it "woke up" the display came on and started flashing, jumping erratically & display home page turned ********** in display and nothing could be seen but white light. I could not use my phone! When I brought it back that AM, ***** told me "you must have dropped it" which I DID NOT DO,I DID NOT DROP MY PHONE that was in perfectly good working condition but low battery. He was very confrontational, made NO eye contact and kept saying "100% this is a dropped phone"! He was so rude that I told him I did not want to speak to him, but would speak to his coworker (guy with a ponytail) who was somewhat polite and not accusing me of dropping my phone! I brought in a perfectly good working phone with no cracks or abuse and came away with a BROKEN UNUSABLE PHONE and a horrible experience. I was visibly shaking at this hostile confrontation that I was not expecting at all. I had to go immediately to Besy Buy and spend $800. on a new phone. I told his partner to have him put my original battery back in and when I came back ***** shoved the phone across the counter along with a refund and said battery back, but phone STILL NOT WORKING" just like that! No apology or suggestions as to what it needed to have done to make it work again. He destroyed my ******* S10 that I was hoping to get another couple of years out of. I had even just purchased a new cover for it. The old cover was always on it and WOULD HAVE protected it IF I HAD DROPPED THE PHONE! Someone needs to deal with this *************** as he is really a problem with a hostile atitude and I did tell him that he needed to work on his "people skills" after he called ME rude!

    I bought a car battery with a 30 month warranty, 13 months and the battery does not hold a charge (my alternator was checked and found to be functioning perfectly) I was told to go home & put the battery on a charger (I don't have one of those) so they charged it at the store and sent me on my way (until the faulty battery loses all of its charge and I'm stuck on the side of the road again)? The workers were belligerent, I had to tell the clerk to lower his tone 4x's, my question was "is the batttery covered under the warranty or not"? The clerk Mike said "you're just trying to get a new battery", well yes I am this one is not holding a charge?
