      I am rejecting this response because: The response is inadequate to resolve this dispute, I would recommend they give us a credit for the overcharge. Representing a business,

      ***** in this case should require the agent of that business (Pak-n-Ship) to stand in the shoes of the company.  In this case not asking if the client has an existing account for the company is an error that will change pricing.  By sidestepping this issue, they are demonstrating an Act Of Omission in representing *****.  The fact that they earn fees from ***** for accepting a package for ***** and charging a fee for that service demonstrates they are an Agent of *****.  Proper business behaviour would be to credit my account for the overage and should bring this complaint to a positive resolution.

      Hello,

      I do not know what you mean by miss measured or miss weigh the package. We are not a ************* We are a private small business that ships with all carriers. We do not ask if customers have their own accounts when shipping. We used our shipping account to ship the package, once it is in transit we can not change the billing method. You did call and this was explained, but you were not hung up on.

      We ship our packages often from the Naples location, the employees were busy and did not stick the label directly onto the box after printing, it was laid on top of the box. This shipment did not make it to the carrier and Paknship does not have the shipment either. Paknship doesn't insure any of the **** shipments, besides with or without insurance **** said they wouldn't assist since the shipment never scan into their system. I spoke to the manager at Paknship and she said the owner would give me a call. No call back until I sent an email requesting a solution. I would like a refund for our property shipment cost or provide us with our package. The owner called and stated it was given to **** and has no proof. Paknship won't cover any cost. Paknship is not taking any responsibility for the shipment they lost. In fact, the owner didn't offer to refund the shipment label cost. We have been a long-time customer and we will no longer us ********************** for our shipments. Invoice ****** account ************

      Customer shipped this package on March 1st, 2022. They were given multiple shipping options, including shipping with other carriers that included insurance. Customer selected ***** no insurance. The package was picked up by **** that same day, the same as the other 4 packages they sent out that day. They did not contact us until after ***************************************************************** any claim with ****. The tracking number is no longer in the system to even get any information on the shipment. The manger explained this multiple times and did offer a refund for the shipment, which was refused. I, the owner, suffered a house fire, did take an extra week to call back, I apologize. When speaking with ***** and asking who told her that we didn't give the post office the package, responded that she didn't have a name and then asked me to hold. After 5 minutes of waiting, she returned to the call and informed me that she would no longer use us for shipping. I said ok and that was it. The shipment was lost by ***** which is the carrier that was selected by the customer and was not insured. A refund was declined and I was not given any opportunity to have anything to say after being put on hold and then informed you would no longer be doing business with us. As recommended by the manager, please use a carrier that includes insurance.
