      I hired this company on 6/25/22 to remove a Sea Hibiscus shrub in my back yard, to remove two Pygmy Palms, and to trim a Ficus hedge. I paid them $1,000 up front and had a contract from them. They completed only half the work and then left at the end of the day, promising to return in a few weeks. They did not. I called and texted dozens of time (and have all the information to prove this), but they never returned. A few times they texted and arranged a date/time to return and finish the job (again I have proof of this), but they never did. I sent a registered letter to their place of business on 7/23/22. According to the ***** they received/signed for it on 7/27/22 at 1:09 pm. This letter stated my disappointment but offered to give them one month from the date of receipt to rectify this situation before I proceed legally with this matter. They did contact me once during this month and offered either to finish the job or refund me half of my money. I requested the $500 by Zelle by Sunday, August 28, 2022. Again, they never followed through and did anything. These people left an enormous mess in my backyard by refusing to complete the job. They also tore up a large patch of lawn on the side of my house by driving their work truck on it. Again, they claimed that they will fix this too, but did not follow through. I'm hoping to have help recovering half of the money that they owe me. I also hope this can serve as a warning to other people to stay away from this business, since these people are so dishonest and unprofessional, so they don't get scammed as well.
