I bought a new Toyota and Ross/Dispatch Dudes worked out the shipping for me. Ross was very professional and got it to me as promised. The gentleman who delivered it was on time and didn't rush me while I inspected the truck. I have already passed on their contact information to friends. Ross is a stand up fella and the best.

Ross at Dispatch Dudes is nothing short of spectacular. Needed a car shipped on a short time frame, and he made it happen! Price was competitive due to them having a large network of haulers and service was outstanding, wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future!Dispatch-Dudes

Unbelievable customer service with these guys. I needed two cars transported across the US in 5 days and they made it happen!! Amazing communication and price point was best by far. Best car transportation company I ever worked with. I call them the peace of mindDudes because when I ship with them I never lose sleep over it. Working with Ross/Dispatch Dudes to have my new Tundra shipped from Maryland to Texas worked out great! This was my first time to ever ship a vehicle and he communicated throughout the process to make me comfortable with the everything! I had already received several quotes from an online submission, but their prices seemed way out of line compared to quotes I received from referrals received from my auto broker. Of the quotes received from the "referred" shippers, Dispatch Dudes was competitive and the communication was much better!Dispatch-Dudes

We cannot locate "**** ******** (Does that sound like a real name to you?) in our system. This is 99% a bogus review by a competitor. I welcome "Mr. ******** to call me personally to discuss what actually happen as he has failed to provide any details to the complaint. This screams BS review.Review fromDerek O

Mis led me on a price quote to ship a vehicle. Quoted me $300 and I locked in and scheduled. I let the other two quotes recieved off the hook. Then I called to confirm all the details with Dispatch Dudes and he (Ben) said his AI mis-quoted me and that someone would be calling me to confirm the new price. I recieved that call and it was $1,700 with an open trailer (the same details I provided online and scheduled for $300). I said that triple other quotes recieved and he said cheaper isn't always better. I left a negative review on Google and then recieve a call back on why I did so and asked to remove it. Ben stated, "why are you trying to trash my business? We didn't do business together, these other companies you got quotes from aren't real, they aren't registered. How about we start over and I'll get back to you with a new price (very fair price) once you delete the Google review I'll work on it." So I did delete the Google review and then followed up and he never came through with a new number (he did acknowledge that he is working on it) and it's been over a week.Dispatch-Dudes

Unfortunately no service were provided to this person. We tried to work with them but the legitimate cost of the shipping needed was not within budget
