      Simone was absolutely amazing today. Her kindness and knowledge made my daughter and myself feel so comfortable. It is a family owned and operated and this small difference makes an immense impact. Thank you Simone for opening your home, your family and making us feel so welcome. I recommend anyone looking for a dress for prom, to see Simone!

      I have two daughters and they have both gotten their prom dresses from Madame Bridal Prom dresses over the years. The experience from start to finish was excellent, Having an in-home showroom is such a comfortable experience and the owners could not be nicer! They make sure that you don't have the same dress that somebody else will be wearing in your school, that is such a perk! The dresses are absolutely exquisite! They sell amazing designer dresses and we were very very happy!

      My daughter had been searching all over for her dream bridal dress. It was stressful and disheartening. ****** from Madame Bridal was like a bridal fairy godmother. She took my daughter under her wing and created magic. I cant possibly thank Madame Bridal enough for finding the dress, making my daughter glow and putting all of us at ease. They are the best!!!

      I was shopping for my daughters prom dress and found this store online I made an appointment and the lady fitted me in on the same day. We had an amazing one on one experience my daughter tried many dresses on and found the perfect dress, The variety is incredible and Ill go back for my other 2 daughters in the future.

      My experience with Madame Bridal was top Notch. We did a private showing, and so far out of all the places we have been, we had the most beautiful selections here. The prices are great because they have a variety of styles that you can choose from. They were patient, helpful and very knowledgeable with designers and styles. My daughter was struggling to decide between a few dresses and they were patient with giving her the time needed, as long as the dress didn’t sell out, which would be out of their control. You can tell this is a family run business with pride due to how smoothly this transition went. We are excited to get her dress that is being shipped. We will be 100% recommending this business to her friends still looking for a prom dress. One thing I loved that Simone kept saying to my daughter was “I want you to love the dress. I want you to feel that this is the dress.” It was about my daughter finding the dress FOR her, not them pushing a certain dress ON her. I hope my review can help others that are looking to give them a try.

      Purchased a dress from this company for $525. The order was placed 2/21/24 with an anticipated ship date of 4/15/24. I initially thought that was ok as the event is the following weekend. However, realizing that allowed no time for alterations if the dress didnt fit left me needing to cancel. I initiated cancel 6 days later. Initially the company responded that they would try to cancel, but no guarantee and a 20% restock would apply. Never heard back. *** asked several times about the cancellation and they send me their return policy that states a restock fee applied. They make no effort to cancel the dress which still isnt expected to ship for another month. Crappy crappy service. Stay away from this company. They want your money now not your future business. Crooks.

      DO NOT BUY FROM MADAME BRIDAL (AN FLORIDA ONLINE COMPANY)! I ordered and received a Mac Duggal jumpsuit and it did not fit. I contacted Madame Bridal (very difficult to get ahold of) to ask for another size. This $400 dress is not being accepted for return one day after receiving it. They are simply a warehouse of merchants' products and DO NOT have any customer regard. The responses by email are automated and uncompromisable. Please do not order from this ****** company, order directly from the manufacturer or a reputable store. Response from the owner a day ago Hi ****, we regret that you feel this way about our family operated business since 1985 in the same location. Our store follows the designer's guidelines. We always encourage our customers to order their actual size rather than a size or 2 smaller in the hopes that by the time they wear the garment they will fit in it. We will take up your case with the designer Mac Duggal. If there is any leniency on their part we will send you a return authorization. My addendum for Madame Bridal's insulting response above: 1) You have already "reviewed" my complaint and answered me with an automated stock answer email denying any return. 2) The jumpsuit size was determined by the Mac Duggal size guide. Your comment that I ordered a smaller size in hopes it would fit is insulting and proves your poor customer service as well as your lack of integrity. 3) My name is ****, not ****. DO NOT BUY FROM MADAME BRIDAL (AN FLORIDA ONLINE COMPANY)! When customers look at other reviews, your customer service speaks for itself...you don't have any. Please just refund me for the jumpsuit and stop showboating in an effort to cover up your disgraceful business practices!
