    on 6/16/2023 i hire ***************************** his business card has Pocis Home Improvement and license number on it , he was to tile my bathroom shower . He showed up and demo my bathroom on 6/19/23 he dropped off 2 illegals to tile my bathroom they cut tile in my house causing dust everywhere they broke my mirror closet doors they destroyed my home i had to hire a cleaner company on 6/23/23 all the tile was cut wrong nothing was done correct i have photo to prove all .****** wears a ****** Bch sheriff out and walk ********** and ************* looking for people uses outfit to get you to trust him .he is a thief! not license to do any work of this kind hire illegal . they brought no tools went in my garage and used my tools .on 6/23/23 he text and said he would give back our money . on 6/23/23 he text he was in church LIAR 6/24/23 he text he was at a funeral LIAR on 6/25/23 he was back in church LIAR I am going to contact *************** and let them know what he is doing with there uniform .Now i have to have my bathroom done over nothing is straight they left cement all over my driveway and black foot print it will not wash off i have to have it painted again they left all the garbage in my garage .Trash in driveway I have all the photo and text message to prove all of this Neither of these man should be doing any work in the **************** they should be Fined and license revoked if they have any BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND MAN

    *********************** Has only sent text messages he will not pick up phone  calls, he continue to tell me he does not have the refund and give excuses ...."he is in church".....  "he is at a funeral "  excuse after excuse . I have text messages of him saying he has not finished with other jobs proof he is still out there taken hard working people money .I have contact a lawyer to consult in this matter . I want this man to be brought justice for working illegally and hiring illegal people to work . I want my full refund of $2000  Pocis home is allowing this man to continue to use his license to Ruin homes and take People money this company license should be revoked .Look at there web page two other customer unhappy they took their money and did not complete the job.How many more people are we going to allow them to *** and get away with it .REVOKE his license .

    If the company has not replied in a timely matters then this review should be posted to there BBB account so other do not get scammed as well this is your duty as BBB . Your closing this complaint and given this company the power to *** people for there hard earn money. Thanks for nothing and wasting  more of my time !!!

    I hired this company to removed my bathroom they destroyed my homes broke things used my tools did not have there own tool left my bathroom a mess took my money $2500 and ran away made threats to my family he hires illegal to do the work and he rams off with the money I have lot of photo of the bathroom and his license plate he also pretended to be Delray bch sheriff His name is ****** he will not return my calls or money he is a thief working illegal as a handy man using other people license I plan on reporting him to the sheriff , BBB All internet users he prowls around Floor and Decor in his fake uniform looking for people to rob.
