    Family business with zero customer service. I was suggested to use them from my sister in law, WHAT A MISTAKE. The owners allow their son **** handle the sales and customer service. I had 3 floors installed over 2-3 months ago. After 60 days one of the floors started to buckle. **** gave me this run around and told me he would be out to look. After coming out and giving me the typical sales pitch, trying to make me feel little, saying "he wasn't sure how this happened" but he will fix it. The main issue was scheduling and I understand that. After a couple weeks of both him and his tech telling me they can fix this, someone comes out and puts a "bandaid" on the floor. 3 days later the floor came up again. Called **** and instead of standing by what he said "I will fix it" he is now telling me I need to remove my built in for him to fix the floor! I now need to put more money into this project because of his defected floor. My suggestion is for a 3rd generation company, hire a sales professional to teach customer service but ***** is horrible.
