  Have shopped this company for many years. Have had nothing but great results, service and support! Lost 70 pounds on their Speed Keto program and have kept it off. Best of all, I feel better at 64 than I did 30 years ago. I also love their products. Their support team is awesome and very helpful! If you need to loose weight and want to feel great, give COMPLETELY KETO a try. You won't be disappointed!

  I purchased what I thought was a one-time order of Keto gummies. I received the order and proceeded to use them but they did nothing for me. Therefore I paid $20 to an online internet service to generate a letter to **** to opt out of what turned out to be an annual subscription that automatically renews unless **** is contacted. That service turned out to be a scam in that the letter was never delivered to Keto. Postal service forwarded the letter to me saying it was not deliverable. I'm assuming it was because of a phony address. I still would like to discontinue future deliveries of this product. PLEASE cancel and future deliveries and withdraw my unintentional subscription to Keto products. THANK YOU,

  I WOULD STAY FAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS - I have bought multiple programs of theirs and when used correctly, I think the diet programs work. For a long time I thought they were a genuine company who cares about health and wellness of people. But then they started getting very greedy and behaving in an unacceptable manner. They released an app for figuring out of a product was keto or not, app was decent and they asked for feedback, I was providing feedback on how the app was in developmental stages and had glitches, making it not 100% reliable just yet. But they did not want the negative feedback, they shut me off, they blocked me from posting about the app and the moderator on the ** was behaving in a very shady manner. After a while, they released a program called lose 30 pounds in 30 days, not sure how healthy that is, but the owner of the group ***************************** posted 2 pictures of a woman named ******* 45 days apart. who he claims have tried the 'lose 30 pounds in 30 days' program and lost a lot of weight. But pictures were not of a same woman, it was 2 different women but edited enough to fool people if they don't pay close attention. A lot of people figured out it was 2 different women, and started commenting. I asked for more pictures of the said '*****'. All the "negative" comments were deleted, and people who commented them were suspended from group!! Group has 1.2M followers, they are trying to scam people in broad day light. But the moderators will not tolerate any bad press, even if its absolutely true. All they want to do is scam people and make money of innocent people who are desperate to lose weight. They take away the voice of people who are trying to give honest feedback, because they want to continue to scam people. I once believed they were a great BBB A+ company but I have come to realize from my own experience and others' experiences what piece of s*** enterprise this is. Hope ***** gets you all. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Uses fake pictures to promote their product. The use of AI-Generated programs to produce pictures of 'before and after' results. The use of AI is obvious to those that have keen eyes for it, but to many, it creates pictures that are life-like. They are taking people's money when the results are not the same. Any calling out on it results in automatically being suspended or banned. It's fraud.

  I ordered the combo pack smoothie December 5, 2022. It's now feb 15 2023 and I'm still missing half of my order. Every time I contact them they say its shipping out next week. Heres my timeline 12/5 ordered online that day get an email thanking me and "rest assured we're scrambling around the warehouse. We'll be ******* out your order as soon as possible." 12/24 I emailed and response was "Order is scheduled to be shipped out this week" 1/2/23 I emailed and response was"Order is being processed and it is scheduled to be shipped out this week."I emailed asking for my money back andon 1/26/23 I get "your order was processed and shipped. Here's your tracking number." half the order was received I emailed them and get 1/31/23 "Vanilla flavor is shipping out this coming week." It's February 15, 2023. I thinks its been 73 days since my order. At one point I emailed them and said that maybe they should sell something they don't have in stock. They responded and said it was in stock. Every email said it was the distributors glitchy system.

  I paid to take part in a Challenge. One of the requirements was to take pictures of yourself and submit them. When a person does this they are then giving those pictures to the business to use for promotional and advertising purposes. I asked in a list if I wanted to keep my keep myself private if I could not be part of the challenge. My question was removed and I was warned, whatever that means. Completely Keto does not respect ones right to privacy.
