    I purchased a package of personal training sessions. I was injured at an aquatics class in ** [my 2nd home]. I provided proof of my disability to them and ER visit via certified mail, return receipt and asked for a partial refund of the 24+ remaining training sessions. I was then ghosted and couldn't reach them via telephone. I returned to ******* before my TKR left knee scheduled in ** for 4/17/24 and was told there was no refund. DR ***** ******************* [the owner/manager] that would only be a 4 mo disability. Please notice there is no K for the PT sessions only membership which zi cancelled in person I have previously had a total left hip, a TKR right knee, a laminectomy, spinal fusion L-4-L-5 and after the recent injury 2 spinal epidural injections. I appreciate his unauthorized practice of medicine. I will no longer train at any gym risking future injury.I wish the public to know what kind of business they are running
