    I purchased a service over the phone that was originally believed to be in person. Within hrs of making the purchase over the phone I asked about the cancellation policy because I would be unable to complete the service. From then the company refused to provide a refund, stated it was their online policy although I never visited their website online I made a cold call using from googling iridology in *********. The then location was closed and they only offered in online services.I just want a refund for the services that I never received.

    To Whom it may ******************** review the documentation the customer sent to you - it clearly says "No Refunds".   Twice this customer has attempted to charge back with **************** and both times she was denied because the transaction was good.     She complained to the ** office as well and we responded to that too.   

    With all this being said, we are willing to still perform the services the customer purchased from us.      We have never been unwilling to perform, it is the customer who wanted to cancel a non-refundable transaction.        

    We want to give the customer the service she paid for and if she will kindly call our office, we will schedule the first available appointment for her.     

    Have her call **** at ************ and **** will schedule an appointment for the customer.

    This is not a good charge if Im unwilling uncomfortable to have service and this decision was made within hrs of service my request should be honored. Per FL and DC consumer rights this policy is unenforceable because I was unaware of it at the time. I emailed this vendor and spoke to them. There is nothing more that can be said other than issuing my refund.

    This is unacceptable that veterans are treated in such a unforgiving manner.

    As in my last response, this was not a refundable transaction.     ********************* and The ** office denied this customers complaint.        There is nothing more to say on this matter.     

    We are willing to give the customer the services she paid for.     She just has to call us.
