I signed up my child for summer camp on 06/24 over the phone with their employee. Without my knowledge or consent, the employee electronically signed my name on their contract. I was never informed of their non-refund policy, which is also not mentioned on their payment screen. Due to an incident my child reported to me and a lack of cameras I felt my child's safety was at risk so I removed him from Mandel JCCs summer camp on 07/08. I was then told a refund for the remaining weeks will not be possible due to a contract I "signed". I sent them proof their employee forged my signature, showing them how she even included her initials "HN" when she did it. They still refused to issue a refund. After presenting the proof to the CEO, he offered a partial refund of less than half the amount owed, contingent on signing a release, which is unacceptable. There were five weeks in total my son did not attend their camp. From the week of July 8th to the week of August 5th. The weekly tuition fee is $485 which comes to the total $2425. The weekly aftercare fee is $45 which comes to a total of $225. And I ordered him two lunches a week which is $14....that comes to a total of $70. The grand total owed to us is $2720. I want to be refunded $2720 immediately.

My daughter has attended the Glantz ECLC since January 2022. Her first set of teachers treated her poorly and spoke ill of her to other staff members. ***** (her first teacher) called her next teacher and complained about my 19 month old daughter after having her in her class for only 2 days. She sustained a head injury in their care, and had to be examined for neurological damage in the ******************** at Bethesda West. The preschool director lied to me about how it happened. Also, there has been sightings of cockroaches in play areas, and children have been forgotten on the playground. I have requested a refund multiple times, but this preschool will not let me out of my contract. They are currently trying to place her in an inclusion classroom which is against my daughters doctors wishes. They have also attempted unauthorized observation of my daughter, to which I did not consent.
