    I am very frustrated with this company. Its actually a complete scam and they are charging you for nothing at all. They arent responsive, helpful, and they purposely delay your book to keep the monthly payments going longer. Also, I called the orboarding line since they are the only ones a who answer and they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I actually wond up publishing my own book, formatting, cover, everything, while they still have me waiting saying they are waiting on ****** for a reply. Meanwhile, the book is already on ****** approved with my own formatting. Please:. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You are really better off doing to all yourself FOR FREE

    They are liars they will tell you that your book with go to other platforms when it will not they are also not worth price I want a full refund

    Didn't receive item they did not follow my. direction with I wanted to change they kept on changing due date when book was to be done it was 2 months past due My 2 upcoming book they haven't started on it.I message to cancel never heard back from them I tried several times to contact them by phone but no one answers. And I paid to have Victorian house done in spanish

    The attention from everyone is very professional, ***** ****, ***** *******, ****** y el illustrator ***** but the publication of the book is very slow, I have been paying them since May and the book has not yet been published, I hope that my decision in selecting this publisher has a satisfactory result.

    1. I was not told that my book was live on ******, wasting a much needed week I could have been seeking reviews.2. Help was not given or emails and phone calls were not returned when I could not get my book to an ebook format.3. I was not given any access to my Amazon Author Central account 4. Emails and phone calls were not returned.5. Questions were not answered.Pretty much the relationship was keep paying and don't ask no questions. They know I have another book ready to go and they will return a call if they think it is to put my second and third book with them. Nope! No more. At first they were doing everything correctly and to my contract until they stopped. Once it went to my "Account Manager", that is where communication broke down. No more phone calls or emails were responded to.

    Well start by saying that everything on our end is documented in our CRM systems.
    All communications, whether by phone or email, are logged, including dates, times, and details of the interactions.

    Based on the information in our records, there hasnt been a single email or question from you that went unanswered or ignored. Therefore, your claim seems very questionable. Which emails are you referring to that you believe did not receive a response or attention?

    During holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or other major holidays, our team does not work, and expecting our team to be available during a period when no one is working is unrealistic. Its similar to going to a government office on a day its closed and expecting to receive service.

    Regarding the Amazon Author Central account:
    As a ********************** platform, we upload books in bulk rather than individually, and we do not manage individual accounts. We operate through a single account that enables us to upload a large volume of books daily. As a result, we cannot manage or ***** access to individual author accounts.

    We do not state anywhere that you will gain access to a KDP account because we do not create or manage these accounts. The account we use is entirely different.

    We do not have access to Author Central profiles. This type of account is something every author can create independently, and it is not linked to any activities we manage on our end.
