      I’ve had nothing but a serious problem from a leak in my lanai built by total aluminum. The leak causes water to go under the ceiling and down the wall to my Florida room snd it has ruined my wood floors and has caused mold in my walls. Someone came out 3 times and did not correct the problem , in fact, he made it worse. He is saying it is my house roof but inspections prove that is not the case. The first time he came out he said it wasn’t his problem and when I said yes it is , he responded with sue me. I paid him $300 with no results. by diverting g the water causing more issues. He is rude and very unprofessional.
