    I ordered and paid for several products on the fleet sheets website back in April 13th. There has been no updates on the items on the web page. I have reached out to the company using Fleet sheets contact information on their website several times times over the last 2 months. Every message I have sent them is followed with an auto replay stating they will get back to you in 24 hours or the next working day. They have not responded to a single email or message I have sent. I am about to deploy and looks like I unfortunately will be deploying with out any fleet sheets and since they will not respond I cant even get a refund. Their webpage advertises how great their reviews are but they do not leave any way for consumers to leave reviews so I dont know where those 5* reviews are coming from. It seems like a scam. I know several others who are awaiting products they have ordered from fleet sheets and havent received any responses either.

    I made an order for luxury cotton sheet set and and memory foam topper bundle on March 17, 2025. The only product that I received from the bundle was the Rack Curtain caddy. I have tried reaching out Fleet Sheets on several occasions via email and phone and have received no response from them. I would like to get a status on these items and it has been 3 months since I initially purchased them.

    Hi,My wife (who is currently deployed and so I am filing this claim on her behalf), placed an order with Fleet Sheets on March 10. Their website advertises a 1-3 business day window for shipping orders. When it reached mid-April, we decided to reach out to check on our order status. Since then, it took us 4 emails and a ******** message to hear back from the company. They apologized, said that ours was next in the queue, and would be shipped out. They provided us with one tracking number. However, when we received the order that matched this singular tracking number this past weekend, the order was both incomplete and incorrect. We are missing a Mattress Topper ($82), and the Luxury Cotton Sheet Set we ordered ($63.92) is in the wrong color (we ordered blue, received grey).At this point, looking at the habitual failures of this company to both meet their turnaround time and to respond to **************** issues timely, I am asking for some combination of **************************** Shipping/Sending a Properly-replaced sheet set as well as a commitment to edit their website FAQs to adequately advertise their services. If they cannot guarantee the turnaround they say (both in terms of shipping and customer service replies), then they should not be advertising as such.This is a failure on multiple levels.

    On March ****** I placed an order for a set of personalized sheets for about $97. I reached out to them beginning on March 24 as I had yet to receive my order. I have not received a response not have i received my order.

    I placed an order through their website and the items I ordered were too large so I requested a return for all of the unopened items The return was approved and I received a prepaid return slip. The items were returned and I have called and emailed several times over the last few weeks to check the status of the return with no response from the company other than an auto generated response via email that they would get back to me within 24 hours

    I placed my order (FS34005) on March 2nd for a curtain caddy and the primary reason of my order, a set of sheets. I received the caddy in a timely manner; however, the status of my sheets has merely showed as confirmed since March 2nd. Ive made two attempts to reach out through Fleet Sheet's website contact us form with the above information. Both times I received an email stating I would receive a reply from their team within 24 hours. Both times I have never received any further reply or information. Additionally, I located the business phone number (not displayed anywhere on their website oddly) through the BBB. I left a voicemail with the above information, again with no reply. Finally, I attempted to contact the "***** ****" who sends an email with every purchase thanking the purchaser and stating "reach out if you ever need anything." I explained all the above information and again, received no response.This issue is made worse by the fact that I am leaving the country to be stationed in ***** for three years in approximately one and a half weeks. I am seeking contact with the business. Priority shipping of the items would be acceptable; however, it is likely that due to leaving for another country that refund would be the only realistic recourse.

    I placed an order with this company in February 2025. I only received part of my order. My sheets never arrived. I attempted to contact them 6 times via email and never received a response. I placed another order in March 2025 and it has been three weeks and my order has still not been completed. I have again attempted to contact fleet sheets three more times via email with no response. At this point they have essentially stolen my money by not providing the products that I have paid for.

    I have attempted numerous times to check on my order. The email response from them says they will respond in 24 hours. Its now been a week and son should deploy in 2 weeks. I just need to know if I should order from somewhere else and cancel my order. It shouldnt be this difficult to respond to an email or a voicemail.

    In August, I placed an order for several items, including personalized sheets, totaling $318.34. While I received part of the order, the personalized sheets were never delivered. I later found an email informing me that the sheets were out of stock and asking me to select a different color. I responded with my choice but have since received no reply or the items.Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response regarding the status of my order. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect to receive the product as ordered, along with an apology for the failure to address my concerns and provide the items I paid for.

    On June 1, 2024, I ordered the following items from Fleet Sheets: Polartec Microfleece Blanket, Locker Door Caddy, Rack Curtain Liner. Quick Dry Microfiber Towel, Luxury Sheet Set (includes 3 items), Luxury Bamboo Mattress Topper, Rack Curtain Caddy. The total came to $356.11 which included $5/item personalized embroidery. On June 10, 2024, I received an email indicating that all items had been delivered to the gift recipient. The recipient confirmed that the items had been delivered EXCEPT the Rack Curtain Liner ($50 which included embroidery). However, FS charged my credit card for ALL the items. Subsequently, I reached out to FS 2-3 times via their online customer service portal. Additionally, I called their telephone # and left a message about the problem. To date, I have not heard from FS. I was pleased with the speed of the delivery. HOWEVER, I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service and being charged for an item that they did not send. I would like a REFUND of $50 for the undelivered item.
