    Hi,Our lab at ********************* on 02/08/2023 paid Biowest USA $375 for their product S162TA-500, which was delivered and used by us for cell culture. However, our cell cultures stopped growing in the media with this component and started dying. When Biowest serum was replaced for analagous serum from a different company, cells recovered. While this is an unequivocal proof that their serum is bad, the company refused to reimburse us.

    I've attached the email correspondence with the customer along with the order details, from ****** Scientific to Biowest. 

    The customer purchased the product through a 3rd party, who placed a PO with us to ship directly to this customer. 

    The customer acknowledged in an email yesterday that they would be following up with ****** Scientific.
