      Custom order ****** Smartdrape privacy sheers. These were measured to short for custom order ceiling to floor for lanai window and dining room window. This style of drapery isnt compatible for dining room window and I was not consulted. When installed, there is a large size open gap between wall and drapery. The company tried to make it work and installed a cornice on both windows which helped with length but the Lanai is still not mounted on ceiling per custom order specifications ). Cornice was not a solution for side open gap on dining room window.The cornice is at the top of blinds. I have tried to work with them since the installation in ******************* told me they will not refund even though it was their mistake. The company will let me return the product for something else. ***** told me they will not refund even if I picked out something less expensive to replace. I do not want to purchase or use them for installing anything more in my home. Why would I risk it! I request a refund.

      This customer selected this specific product and it was custom made. We do not make selections for customers, they must approve and sign for their selections.

      The product is installed correctly, her window sill protrudes forward of the opening, therefore the gap is because of her window sill. There is nothing wrong with that, it is completly normal but because she has an issue with it she thinks it's wrong but it is not. We even ordered at our expense some side panels sections to hide the space that bothers her and that was just a waste of our time and money.

      Our salesperson is willing to give her credit to have select her select something else that we will remake for her. Apparently that is not good enough for so she writes a complaint here. 

      We cannot guarantee happiness but we do guarantee that the customer gets the products that they choose and its installed correctly.

      By the way the invoice still has an open balance.

      Purchased ************** for my home in 2016. I paid $1150.20 at the time. Shade is covered with a lifetime warranty. The shade falls down by itself & is very hard to pull up. I've been trying for 3 weeks now to get it repaired. I keep getting the run around from them.

      To obtain warranty service ****************** can bring his shade to our service facility located in ****** at **********************************************************. If ****************** wants Window Decor to perform any warranty work at his home there is a service fee of $200. All he has to do is call for a service appointment. Parts are covered under warranty at no charge if they meet manufacturers limits.
