    Hello,I have cancelled my subscription with Stealth fitness multiple times over the years, and every year I continued to get charged for the annual service. They said 2 weeks ago that they would refund my account, but have yet to do so (even after multiple email requests). I am owed $19.99. My request number via our email exchange is ******. If you can help me get the money refunded to my credit card, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!*********************************

    I bought a fitness equipment that came with an app. The app was good for one year. I explicitly opted out for an automatic renewal. However, the vendor decided otherwise and charged me for another year through PayPal. When contacting the vendor I was told to get a refund. Now they changed their mind and are refusing a refund to be processed by PayPal. This is criminal behavior.

    This customer subscribed to our Premium ************************* which automatically renews yearly unless it is canceled through the app or through our game site StealthPremium.com.  If he canceled his subscription, he did not do it correctly.  We refunded him and canceled the renewal for him and here's the proof via PayPal.  Also, please see the attachment.

    I purchased this item as a gift. My son did not care for it. Thought it was flimsy. I tried returning it less than a month after purchase. So well within the 60 day, money back guarantee. The only way to return the item is to email them first. I have emailed them multiple times since, with no response. Id like to return it and get my money back.

    Ordered a Stealth Plankster from www.playstealth.com. Advertised 60 day money back guarantee. You must contact support to for return information. ***************************************** Five emails to them, plus requested help on their live chat. No answer at all! Very difficult to find their phone number. Advertised as ************, but that number is no longer in service. I just want to return it for a refund.
