    We contracted Stewart Tennis before covid hit to re do our park tennis and basketball courts. After covid they stated they could not get materials. we kept waiting. Then it was on excuse after another. We gave them a 8k deposit and as of today 2 years later have still not gotten anything done. This business needs to be held accountable.

    On 09-28-2021, we signed a contract for $77K to completely replace both the *********************************** courts for ********* Estates HOA. The work was completed at the end of 02/2022. Since then, we have sent a registered letter, sent numerous emails & made numerous phone calls-no responses received. (1) There are several spots on both courts that are not even, causing water to pool. (2) The paint on the basketball court within the first week was streaking, uneven and not a solid color. (3) While still waiting for them to address these issues, we notified them in 07/2022 the center net strap broke. For #3, they promised to send a new one. Despite multiple emails, we still do not have it. As for ******** they refuse to meet with us to get these issues corrected.
