  Hurricane ****** took down a lot of my PCV fence reached out to *** fence. They did a lot of it on my property came out gave me an estimate. It wasnot accurate. They did not even have my post down that knee replaced two of them reached back out to **** to try to get it straightened out he never called me back. Dont waste your time on this company. Its not what it used to be.

  I'm extremely disappointed. The material that they used was subpar. We have four gates installed for pool code. NONE of them properly work. When I reached back out to the company they set up an appointment to fix the problem and then canceled it. I reached out again to reschedule and no I get no response. They also left a huge gap under the one side of the fence so animals can still get in the yard and my dog can get out. It wouldn't be so bad if they would just fix the problem but the result is ignore it.

  I had a fence installed in August 2023. The gates still are not working correctly and I reached out to the company because they are suppose to have a two year guarantee. They have scheduled the appointment to adjust the gates twice now and the first time they cancelled the second time they were a no show this was months in-between because they won't respond to emails. I waited around for them all day saturday for a no show. Also because the gates don't stay latched my dog got out. Im so frustrated

  Unfortunately, I have had a very poor experience with the Sarasota location. My fence was installed 4/2021. When Hurricane Ian hit here on 9/28/2022, my fence became uneven and now rests at about a 30 degree angle. I had been communicating with the local office. Unfortunately, due to their poor organization, my fence has yet to be repaired. Several of my neighbors also installed vinyl fences at around the same time. The went with a different company. They had no problems with their fences during the storm. I am assuming my fence was not properly installed. No one from the company will contact me. My advice is to do your research before signing your contract.

  We were deciding between Fence USA and A.M. Fence Company. Even though Fence USA was a bit higher in price we went with them because we have heard the brand before. A bad decision. The craftsmanship was under par. 1. The fence was uneven in multiple sections even where the ground was even. The guys had to make the adjustments after I pointed it out to them. 2. They left large patches of cement, clay and big chunks of cement all over the yard and in our garden which I had to clean up myself and even had to pay someone to lay mulch to cover it up the cement patches. They even left patches of the white cement on our black driveway, which they at least had someone come back out to clean with a power washer. 3. There is a 10" gap between the bottom of the double gate and the ground. Now my dog escapes through there, which defeats the purpose of the gate. When I pointed this out to Mike (our rep), he said that it has to be that way in order for the gates to function properly. Really? I made suggestions to him but apparently this is now my problem to deal with. 4. They use locks (gate openers) that require two hands to open which is an annoyance every time I have to enter/leave the yard. I asked Mike if they have any other locks and he quickly so no. 5. there were 4 caps missing after I specifically asked them when the job was done if they double checked to make sure they were all there and I was told they were all there. At the end of all this I will say that having a vinyl fence did improve the overall look to the yard.

  *******, I am sorry you have had a bad experience. I was trying to look up a contract with your name. Do you have a contract number. One of the things that concerns me is that we do not have a "Mike" on staff at any of our locations. Please let me know what the contract number or who the contract is through so I can try and resolve for you.

  We were told it would take 4-6 weeks to have the fence installed. My husband emailed the salesman twice to get an update about timing and both times was told they were waiting on the permit. We went to the Sarasota county website and saw that they never submitted the paperwork. I had to call the company and let them know this. They apologized and said it would be taken in the next day. So, they sat on our paperwork for five weeks before turning it in. Then we had to call them to tell them the permit was ready to be picked up. I had to call to schedule for installation. They sent one guy out and it took him two days but there was several mistakes. It took them a week to get those fixed after numerous calls and never getting return calls. This company is not good.
