    *** is a liar and a thief. We bought all brand new batteries less than a year ago and they stopped working. We tested them with two different chargers and they said the batteries were bad and they would not charge. I called about the batteries that were under warranty and after having to call multiple times because we would never hear back about the cart being picked up, they finally came and got it over a week later. Two days later we get a text from *** saying the cart was ready and we owed him over $600. We were never told that anything was wrong, an estimate, or anything. He can't even tell us what he did to supposedly "fix " our golf cart. Said his guy was working for 4 hours to try and find a problem and now we owe them over $600. He now won't give us our golf cart back or tell us where it is. This guy is a crooked thief and a liar and refusing to give our cart back. And now not answering calls or texts.

    Terrible experience. This guy Lou is a liar and a thief. I posted my cart for consignment with him in April. I decided I did not want to sell it. He told me already sold for 4750. He then promised to build me one even sent me pictures of what it will look like. Long story, but I have no product and no money from the sale. I contacted Red Barn management and they spoke with him, he lied and told them my cart was rusted out and needed repair to sell, not true it was in perfect condition. He is refusing me the 3900.00 I wanted out of it. He is a guy who appears willing to help but is not worthy. Honestly, I don't know how he sleeps. Suppose I will need to file a police report if Red Barn can't resolve, this is one of their vendors. He kept promising my money but never came through.
