    We order a new truck thru them, gave them a deposit, truck got delayed multiple times by manufacturer, we had to cancel the contract and go to another manufacturer to have the truck built, ***** understood and said she would return our deposit, but never picked up the phone again or answer any emails, texts, or any other messages, she stole ****k from me, Beware!

    we Gave them a Deposit to order a new truck, the manufacturer that she was helping us but the truck from couldn't deliver the truck, we had to go on a different direction and she said she would give us our DEPOSIT back, after that she is hiding, and don't want to answer the phone, email, text or online messages, we are on the process of getting this into the court and putting a Lien on her property. 

    Attached is WIRE TRANSFER confirmation, once we decided to go on a different direction with a different manufacturer ***************************** said she would send the Deposit back, but she never did.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the 3rd truck we purchased from her, we didn't cancel because we wanted, the manufacturer couldn't deliver on time after multiple delays,  she understood the situation, the clause on that contract would apply to trucks or equipment that was already existent, this truck was just an ordered but the equipment was non-existent.  the factory never got to start working on it, they never charged her anything, she didn't incur any expenses, **************************** confirm that they never requested any payment from her, she agreed to canceled the order and to return the deposit via Email.  we end up spending 30k more to buy the truck elsewhere, we were counting on the ****** from her, to help us with the additional cost we were incurring, if she would have said that we would forfeiture our deposit, we would have waited, and hold canceling the contract and going elsewhere, we would never canceled the contract and would have waited the extra 6 months they said it would take them to fabricate the truck, instead she AGREED to RETURN OUR DEPOSIT and helped us pick up the chassis from the manufacturer so we could take it to another manufacturer, and PROMISED to Returned our deposit, and understood the situation. 

    Why steal the deposit??? why promised to send the deposit if she didn't mean it???  we were good customers, always went back to her to place orders for new trucks, always trusted her, this year alone we are ordering 2 new trucks, she exchanged a 19k deposit for many years of repetitive business!! 

    I'm sending emails and notices to many forums on this industry to make them aware of this scam and the type of business person she is.

    I'm sorry but you signed a contract. The contract states I can keep your deposit.

    I'm sorry your not happy with the terms of the contract, but it is legal and binding. I don't know what else there is to say in this matter.
