I tripped on the lifter and hurt my knee very badly also attend physical therapy: The second incident the bus driver was driving hit brakes very hard and srm slam against the window ( the driver reported before she left the area her brakes were not working properly but was told to continue her route. The third accident happen where the driver of the bus let the ramp down and didnt pull the flap down but was arguing with the person who allow you to park your car I step on the lifter **** fell in between squash where the ambulance had to get me out , my body was damage from my shoulder to both legs and still have damage with my body cant walk well aches and pains throughout my body cannot work due to the accidents . september of this year just spoken with ms *** an she said : waiting for a respond from Mr ***** / case in review : Ms. *** withheld an offer from me ****** and said for the last 2 years working on it plenty of procrastination sometimes wouldnt respond for a month which was very hard and decades to me: i am physically mentally damage and would like to collect my ****** she never released which i received an email in regards to what is happening and shes trying to have a check before the end of the day : i dont know what is the ptoblem : Then would say you dont have to keep calling asking the same thing:i have three case 620150-ab-01 631033-ab-01. 632113-ab-01

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I wasnt aware of any change of services and I never received the settlement but. More negativity far as the person who was handle my case never known why were the cases combine as one never understand why so much procrastination not responding on a timely matter not contacting upon the change why I have received a settlement and, physically and mentally drained,etc

We finalized our review of your concerns, left you a voicemail on 1/30/25, followed up with an email and letter advising of our review and conclusion.  We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced regarding your claims and view your feedback as an opportunity to improve.

    I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with ****** about the case and she would procrastinate, stating the case was under review and she is waiting to hear from ******** therefore, therefore I request to speak with a person in a high position over her:she would procrastinate and stste  she was going to have the check by the end of the day. The end of the day never came for her then she would call later and it would be the same excuse waiting for a respond: I should have the ****** and more due to the damage of my back and other damage.****** should not combine 3 cases and the fourth case she act as if I had no pain and damage to my **********, my body isnt the same I am hurting due to the incidents and I should be compensated!!
