    I am rejecting this response because: we were told that he could come close in matching the color of the new pavers with the existing pavers. Which he did not. If he could not match the pavers, he should have been honest about it but he was not. We were and are not happy with the results. He was told that by my wife who was home at the time. He did not even match the sheen on new pavers with the existing pavers. 3/4 of the driveway has a sheen finish and the rest is matte finish. If he could not at least do that correctly, he should have been honest with us. He essentially simply put a sheer stain over the existing pavers and new paver leaving the pavers two different colors (not even close to a match) and two different finishes - one matte, one with a sheen. We think it stands to reason that he didnt even try to match them. Also, we discussed adding the sand in detail both when I made the appointment and then again in the driveway while he was here. He left without adding sand to all areas requiring sand. During several phone conversations in addition to telling my wife after she expressed her dissatisfaction regarding the driveway,  he promised to return in January 2023 to re-stain the new pavers darker. I tried to contact him in Jan many times to set the appt. He did not return calls and we have not seen him or heard from him since. He charged us $2000 for 2hours of incomplete and sub-par work. We like a refund of at least half payment, if not full payment to hire another contractor to properly finish our driveway pavers. We have learned that other residents have had bad experiences with his company as well. We feel as though we were taken advantage of during this process.

    t did not come close to the workmanship expected from him and his company.-There are big empty paver joint gaps on the lanai - no sand at all -He even left mold and weeds in the joints on the lanai, so the powerwashing job was even sub-par -He powerwashed some of the mold into our pool, left both *********** open when you left and did not secure our driveway properly. He was only at our home 3 hours. Charging us $2,000 is criminal.

    Before this job was started I made sure they knew that it is impossible to match pavers that are not part of the same batch. We attempted color correction but that is the best we can do to match pavers.  The customer was completely satisfied when the job was completed. We are surprised they decided to complaint now.

    These pics will show -
    - (Lanai) Mold and weeds bet some pavers while there is also mold in the pool. Meaning he did not power wash all pavers complety before sealing. The mold he did power wash, he saw fit to simply wash into the pool. 
    -(Driveway) He told us he would STAIN the additional pavers to come close to match the original pavers which he did not. He only went over with a sealer. You can see that the new pavers do not have a sheen as the original pavers nor are they even close in color and texture to the original pavers.
    -(Driveway) You can blatantly see white patches and dark marks on the pavers as if nothing was actually done.
    -(Drive and lanai) We discussed the placement of sand between the pavers both on the phone when we made the appt and in person right before he started the job. As you can see, he did not spread sand between the pavers.

    This shoddy work does not reflect the $2000 we paid him. It makes me ill knowing that I gave him that check. He promised he would be back but we could never reach him again. He would not return calls or pick up when we called. We do not want him back at this point. We would like 1/2 of the payment refunded. We feel that is more than fair.
